  • Confirm arrival times and distribute timeline to Wedding Team

  • Consultation via telephone or e-mail

  • Custom checklists and reminders

  • Contact all Vendors & Review Contracts

  • Contact and confirm all Vendors one week prior to the wedding date



  • Create a comprehensive timeline for the entire Wedding Celebration Day

  • Send Timeline to Bridal party members as needed

  • Send Timeline to Family members as needed

  • Ceremony Timeline

  • Reception Timeline

  • Send Timelines to all Vendors

  • Coordinate with Wedding Team on timeline and special needs



  • 8 Hours of Day of Wedding Coordinator Services

  • Greet Wedding Team

  • Oversee set-up of Ceremony and Reception areas in same location

  • Supervise delivery and placement of deliveries

  • Provide use of our Wedding Day Emergency Kit

  • Distribute final payments and/or gratuities to members of Wedding Team

  • Ensure activities are on schedule per timeline



  • Prepare Ceremony order (from Processional to Recessional)

  • Coordinate and cue musicians for the processional, ceremony and recessional

  • Organize and cue bridal party for processional and recessional



  • Ensure reception set-up is complete

  • Coordinate with Banquet Captain/Catering Staff

  • Organize and cue bridal party for grand entrance

  • Cue the M/C, bride and groom for protocol events


* Day of Wedding Coordination Package is for weddings at one venue location and for a wedding guest count of to 75 guests otherwise an Assistant to the Coordinator  is required on the day of for and additional charge of $300.  Additional fees may be incurred if the ceremony and reception are at two different locations.
